Playing orc and realizing, that the human team knows what to do means: The longer the game takes, the worse are your chances to win. I'd recommed to arrange hero picks with your team mates, because you will have to spend gold and lumber in troop upgrades and items for yous lords to bear up. Morgul or Fung are powerful heros even without any items. Fur-made slippers and 1 or 2 circlets are absolutely satisfactory for them, so they could spend a lot of ressources in better troops, catapults, dragons, items for lords and send workers out to repair the towers guarding the outposts. If humans don't fail, it will be impossible to keep every lords alive, so you better concentrate support on two or three lords - what means not to try at least to defend the others with your team.
