Playing Spiderqueen-Hero-TD the first time, might make you feel it to be a bit difficult. Well, it is. It is still difficult for me, the one who created this map. But I want it to be. There are several TDs I played and won without trying a 2nd time and that shouldn't be. You will try and try and try, fail and fail and fail, but the day you make it will come - I promise.
But before you give up, try again, following these hints:

Before creeps enter your training-ground, send your hero in the corner where the skulls are laying on the ground. Now you can't be surrounded, means you won't get too much damage. [/*:m]
Control your towers. They will attack a target until it dies or leaves the towers attackrange and that isn't much efficient. [/*:m]
Use the healing ability in your shrine at least in the end of every 5th round, even if it wouldn't be necessary. Your shrine will always recover after those rounds anyway. [/*:m]
Save your ultimate for creeps that might kill you, but do not use it, if it will be the same in the next round, where your gold and expierience gain might be much higher. E.g.: Round 9 can be kinda hard, and you might die with some heros. But round 10 is more important to manage, so save your ultimate for this round and don't use it in 9. [/*:m]
Don't die. Reviving your hero will cost gold. Before you get killed better teleport to an allied training-ground. [/*:m]
Don't stand still and fight. Sometimes it is better to hit and run, hit and run. Your hero's movespeed is higher in general. This is also a good strategy to give your abilities - ultimates especially - some time to cooldown. [/*:m]
Try to kill every golem of 4th wave with your hero. they aren't very strong but mean a lot of expierience. [/*:m]
Don't spend every coin in towers or upgrades. You will gain more gold than you need for towers. One Level 3 Splashtower is enough until round 12 starts. One Splash or Guard Tower extension is enough until round 15 starts. [/*:m]
Get a Summon Tower for round 14. Before creeps enter your training-ground, call this summon and kill the Blood Devils without having to tank 'em. This is very difficult with struggle. If you play him, let an ally come to your training-ground to kill them and ask him to give the gained bonus gold to you after. [/*:m]
Get an Arcane Tower and upgrade your Ice-Tower to Level 2 before round 15 starts. The Harpiens won't be a prob anymore. [/*:m]
Use mercenaries from round 16 on. Especially the level 5 mercenary will be very important for the Training Tower Round you have to pass in some game modes. [/*:m]
Move to an allied training-ground between fights to get heal or mana-regenaration, assumed your ally plays Struggle or Spark. [/*:m]
Get some Death Shock Towers for the final rounds. While this tower will kill every unit instantly in the beginning, it will only hit 'em hard in the end and that's your ticket to reach Wave 25, receiving a big surprise. [/*:m]
Get a Deseased Death Tower. On the face of it, it seems this tower doesn't do much harm, but thats not true. At least it harms EVERY unit just by being passed and the desease will last nearly a whole minute. Note that Desease doesn't stack, so don't be stupid and get more than one of this tower.[/*:m][/list:u]
I don't manage to kill the Spiderqueen, you must be kidding soniggs!
Weeeeell, I must admit that this creature is kinda tough. A little help should be being the owner of that item dropped by the final boss. Without having it, it can be truely impossible to kill the SQ without beeing a downright lucker. Regardless of that, there are different strategies to kill the SQ with every hero - and I won't feel good, giving any information about that to you Try to find out yourself. But maybe these advices may help:

Playing Struggle, you must have that item, dropped by The Bestia. Else there's no possibilty for you to kill the SQ. Having this object in your inventory, read the tooltip about your ultimate, if you didn't already.[/*:m]
Playing huntress, you should know that lifeleech doesn't work on illusions and splash damage doesn't effect units residing behind the causer's back.[/*:m]
Playing Butch, you should have a huge mana pool and also some mana reg. Maybe you're bashlucker and don't need your ultimate a second time, but I wouldn't trust that.[/*:m]
Playing Spark, you should know, that you can cast Lightning Shield/Static Field on enemies too. It won't affect the enchanted anymore, but still those who stand in the close-by.[/*:m]
Also note, that there are two shops hidden in the dungeon you passed in round 20. They will still be there, fighting the SQ.[/*:m]
The SQ's servants will respawn every 30 seconds from the moment on, the SQ is present. Use that to your advantage, but keep an eye on the number of creatures that gather near the SQ. If doing so, you will make some more Level-ups, and receive some gold and items too.[/*:m]
In some modes, the SQ will use a spell that transforms one of your heros into a giant scorpion suddently fighting for the other side. DON'T kill this unit. The spell won't last forever, but dying while beeing transformed will mean dying for good and the player of this hero will hate you guys forever.[/*:m][/list:u]
So far so good. Hope it will be a bit more easy now. Good luck!
